Across 39 matches, Kotze brings consistent physicality on both sides of the ball, averaging over five tackles per game while contributing steadily with ball in hand. His defensive output stands out as a defining trait, with his best single-game showing of 12 tackles illustrating the ceiling of his work-rate when called upon. Five tries across the dataset add a finishing dimension that complements his primary role as a front-line operator.
