Across 90 matches, Botha has built a profile defined by consistency rather than moments — steady carrying output and a tackle count that places him among the more dependable defensive operators at hooker. His best single-game figures of 17 tackles and 11 carries show the ceiling is there when the game demands it. The try return of 11 over this period adds a further dimension to a forward who earns his minutes through work-rate across all phases.
Born on 20 January 1998, PJ is 28 years old, stands 180cm (5′11″) tall and weighs 105kg.
