Across 16 matches, Malan has shown himself to be a consistent contributor on both sides of the ball, averaging close to five carries and five tackles per game across multiple competitions. His carrying numbers reflect a centre who engages defenders with purpose rather than chasing volume, while a single-game peak of 103 metres and 10 tackles underlines the ceiling of his impact when the match demands it. The combination of steady defensive output and reliable ball-carrying makes him a dependable presence in the midfield.
Le Roux Malan is a professional rugby union centre registered with the Sharks, the Durban-based franchise. He forms part of the matchday squad and is tasked with combining midfield defence with attacking distribution.
As a centre, Le features for the Sharks across the United Rugby Championship, the Currie Cup and European club competition, with home fixtures played at Hollywoodbets Kings Park in Durban.
