Across 50 matches Hooker has shown the consistency of a wing asked to do more than finish — his carry volumes and metres gained point to a player who works hard in open play rather than waiting on the periphery. His tackle numbers are notably high for a back, with a single-game peak of 11 suggesting he is trusted to defend in tight situations as much as attack. The try return is modest relative to his involvement, which reflects a profile built on work rate and reliability across the full 80 minutes.
