Across 19 appearances as a replacement, Carr has built a consistent defensive profile, averaging over six tackles per game and reaching 17 in a single outing — figures that point to a player trusted to bring defensive solidity when introduced. His carrying numbers are modest on average but he has shown the ability to step up physically when required, peaking at 12 carries and 60 metres in a single match. The overall picture is of a hard-working forward who earns his minutes through work-rate rather than volume.
