Across 33 appearances as a replacement, Evans brings an immediate defensive impact — his match average of over eight tackles speaks to a player who consistently puts his body on the line from the moment he takes the field. His carrying numbers are steady rather than explosive, but a single-game high of 52 metres shows he can break the gain line when given opportunity. Eight tries across the dataset add a finishing dimension that rounds out his value off the bench.
