Artemyev contributes consistently across both phases of play, averaging seven carries and close to 30 metres per match to provide his side with a steady attacking outlet from deep. His tackling numbers hold up equally well, and a single-game peak of eight tackles underlines that he is prepared to do the hard defensive work when the pressure comes on. Across his four World Cup appearances he offers the kind of all-round dependability you expect from a settled international full back.
