Delpy contributes a consistent running threat from fly half, averaging close to 40 metres per game across five appearances and capable of pushing past 60 metres when given licence to carry. His tackle count is notable for the position, with his best single-game output of eight suggesting he is not afraid to involve himself physically in defensive shape. That combination of carrying volume and defensive workrate points to a technically demanding, high-effort role within his team's structure.
