Across 27 appearances as a replacement, Motassi has demonstrated a reliable ability to cross the line, scoring 9 tries while consistently adding metres with the ball in hand. His tackle numbers hold up well for a player entering the game late, pointing to an active defensive work rate rather than a purely offensive cameo role. Peak performances of 9 carries and 9 tackles in a single match show he is capable of influencing games significantly when given the opportunity.
