Across 40 appearances as a replacement, Dan contributes meaningfully on both sides of the ball, averaging close to six carries and almost five tackles per outing — numbers that reflect a hooker who arrives off the bench ready to work immediately. His 13 tries from 228 carries underline a genuine attacking threat in tight situations, while his best defensive performances, topping 18 tackles in a single match, show he can shoulder a sizeable share of the workload when required.
