Across seven World Cup appearances, Takulua brings a disciplined, high-volume defensive presence at scrum half, averaging over five tackles per match and accumulating 36 in total. His carrying is measured rather than expansive, but his best outings show he can spike meaningfully — producing up to 50 metres in a single game. He operates as a reliable, industrious link who earns his minutes through consistency at both ends of the field.
