Across 34 matches and over 1,300 minutes, Malolo shows consistent involvement as a carrying and tackling option off the bench, averaging nearly seven carries and more than five tackles per game. His metres-per-carry figures suggest he works hard through contact rather than breaking the line at will, making him a dependable gain-line presence. Peak performances of 16 carries and 12 tackles in a single match indicate he can shoulder a significantly heavier workload when called upon.
