Arriving consistently from the bench across Challenge Cup and United Rugby Championship appearances, Scarfe contributes a steady defensive presence, averaging over three tackles per match. His carrying numbers are modest but purposeful, with his best outings showing he can step up to eight carries when the game demands more from him. The data reflects a replacement who brings reliable work-rate in both directions without overextending his role.
