Across 12 United Rugby Championship appearances, Jelic operates as a compact, defence-first scrum half whose tackle contributions stand out more than his carrying threat. His involvement in the carry game is measured and selective, averaging under two carries per match, though his best outings show he can step up physically when the game demands it. He is a consistent presence in tight phases, bringing reliable defensive work across his minutes on the field.
