Across 18 matches, Quirke has shown a high workload on both sides of the ball, averaging close to five carries and five tackles per game with consistent yardage through the line. His peak outputs — 12 carries, 95 metres, and 15 tackles in a single match — indicate he can shift into a dominant gear when the game demands it. That combination of ball-carrying threat and defensive reliability marks him as a scrum half who shapes matches beyond just service at the base.
