Across 28 matches as a replacement, Saito contributes in tight bursts — his carry averages are modest by design, but his tackling output stands out as his most consistent on-field contribution. He has demonstrated the ability to step up in bigger moments, with single-game peaks of 8 tackles and 36 metres from 4 carries suggesting he can influence matches when called upon. His four tries across the dataset add a finishing dimension that rounds out his value as an impact option off the bench.
