Medard's match data paints a picture of a full back heavily involved in the attacking game, averaging over eleven carries per match and consistently eating up ground with the ball in hand. His best outing — 15 carries and over 100 metres — underlines his capacity to take the game on and impose himself when given opportunity. His defensive output is modest by comparison, suggesting his primary function in this dataset is as a running threat rather than a defensive anchor.
