Across four URC appearances, O'Reilly demonstrates a high-volume carrying game, averaging eight carries per match and consistently gaining meaningful ground with the ball in hand. His best outing — 14 carries for over 100 metres — points to a player who can take over a match when given opportunity. His tackle contributions are modest, suggesting his primary value lies in attack rather than defensive workload.
