Across 41 appearances as a replacement, Perchaud's tackle output stands out as the defining feature of his game — averaging 6.7 per match and peaking at 15 in a single outing, he brings immediate defensive intensity whenever introduced. His carrying is measured rather than dominant, suggesting his primary value lies in defensive solidity and workrate rather than ball-in-hand threat. The volume of minutes accumulated in both Top 14 and Champions Cup underlines his consistency as a reliable option from the bench.
