Across 16 appearances in three major competitions, Blose's output is defined by his defensive contribution — averaging nearly three tackles per match and reaching seven in a single game, figures that point to a prop heavily relied upon to make his presence felt without the ball. His carrying is understated but purposeful, with his best individual match producing five carries for nine metres, suggesting he picks his moments rather than dominating ball-in-hand. The overall picture is of a specialist loosehead who earns minutes through hard defensive work.
