Across 68 matches Roberts has built a profile defined by reliability on both sides of the ball, contributing steadily with the ball in hand while shouldering a significant defensive workload match after match. His per-game tackle numbers point to a centre who is heavily involved in the defensive structure, and when the opportunity arises he is capable of elevating his carry count and metres meaningfully above his usual output. The 19 tries accumulated over this sample add a clinical edge to what is otherwise a high-volume, process-driven game.
Joe Roberts is a professional rugby union centre registered with the Scarlets, the South Africa-based franchise. He forms part of the matchday squad and is tasked with combining midfield defence with attacking distribution.
