Across 49 matches, Neculai shows up as a reliable, high-volume contributor at tighthead, averaging close to four tackles per game and accumulating 180 in total — figures that point to a prop who takes his defensive responsibilities seriously. His carrying numbers are steady rather than explosive, but his best outings demonstrate genuine upside, with single-game peaks of six carries and 31 metres showing he can make a meaningful impact with ball in hand when called upon.
