Across 28 matches Prowse has built a reputation as a consistently high-volume tackler, averaging over eight per game and reaching 18 in a single outing — numbers that point to a lock who anchors his team's defensive structure with real reliability. His carrying is measured rather than dominant, used selectively to keep the gainline honest rather than to generate metres in volume. The overall picture is of a forward who earns his minutes through defensive industriousness and disciplined role execution.
