McNeice consistently contributes in limited minutes off the bench, averaging four carries and over five metres per appearance — figures that point to a player who hits the ground running when introduced. His tackling numbers are equally steady, with a best single-game output of five tackles underlining his willingness to do defensive work as a replacement. Across three matches at both age-group and senior provincial level, he shows the kind of disciplined, dual-phase contribution expected from a dependable finisher.
