Across 55 matches Murray averages close to double figures in tackles per game, pointing to a lock who anchors his team's defensive structure week in, week out. His carrying numbers are steady rather than explosive, suggesting a player who prioritises work-rate and consistency over big-impact ball-carries. Peak performances of 21 tackles and 12 carries in a single outing confirm he can step up his output significantly when the occasion demands.
