Across 20 appearances, Frost has shown consistent involvement in both phases of play, averaging over seven tackles per match alongside meaningful carrying contributions at the gainline. His try-scoring return of ten across these matches is notably high for a hooker, pointing to genuine threat around the fringes and at the breakdown. Single-game peaks of fifteen tackles and sixty-four metres carried underline the capacity to elevate his impact when required.
