Across 23 matches Mezou's tackle numbers stand out clearly — averaging six per game with a single-game peak of 17 — marking him as a lock who earns his place through defensive work rate rather than ball-carrying volume. His carrying game is measured and efficient within a tight-forward role, contributing consistently without dominating possession. The sheer volume of minutes logged underlines his durability and regular involvement across three competitions.
