Across 23 matches Kuenzle has been a consistent defensive presence, averaging five tackles per game and surpassing 16 in his best outing — numbers that point to a wing who takes his defensive duties seriously. His carrying is measured rather than dominant, though peak games of 15 carries and 56 metres show he can step up his involvement when the game demands it. The overall picture is of a dependable, hard-working wide midfielder who earns his minutes through reliability on both sides of the ball.
