Across 61 matches Bernasconi has built a profile defined by consistency at the breakdown and around the fringes, contributing meaningfully with ball in hand while his tackle numbers point to a hooker who takes on serious defensive responsibility week in, week out. His 15 tries across those appearances show he is a genuine threat close to the line, and single-game peaks of 11 carries and 16 tackles suggest he can step up his output significantly when the occasion demands it.
