Across 14 appearances for Lyon, Mathiron has shown a reliable work rate on the wing, averaging close to five carries and nearly four tackles per match. His best outings push well beyond those averages — 11 carries, 74 metres, and nine tackles in a single game — suggesting he can step up his output when required. That defensive contribution is a notable trait for a wide player, complementing his ability to eat up ground with ball in hand.
