Hall consistently contributes with ball in hand when introduced as a replacement, averaging close to three carries per appearance and making useful ground each time he touches the ball. His tackle numbers are modest on a per-game basis, but his best outings show he can step up defensively when required, peaking at four tackles in a single match. Across Champions Cup and Premiership rugby, he provides steady, if measured, contributions in limited minutes.
