Across 88 appearances, Garbisi's tackle numbers stand out for a scrum half — averaging close to three per match and peaking at 11 in a single game, he consistently puts in defensive work beyond what the position typically demands. His carry numbers are modest on average, but a single-game high of 10 carries for 37 metres shows he can impose himself physically when the moment calls for it. Over 3 000 minutes of action across multiple competitions, he profiles as a durable, defence-first nine who contributes reliably across the full width of his role.
