Across 38 matches Lam maintains a reliable dual contribution, averaging nearly six carries and just under six tackles per game — a balance that points to a centre trusted to do significant work on both sides of the ball. His carry volume has produced over a kilometre of ground gained in total, while a best single-game return of 16 tackles underlines the defensive ceiling he can reach when required. The consistency of those numbers across three competitions suggests a player whose value lies in sustained reliability rather than isolated bursts.
